11 month old Easter Egger Rooster in need of a good home

Jabberwocky is an 11 month old Easter Egger rooster who is living with us in a development. We would keep him if it were not for the crowing. The neighbors have been tolerant but he needs a better place to live. He has been very good with his 3 hens, does not over use them, tidbits for them and keeps good watch. If you choose to hatch eggs from his ladies you may just wind up with hens that lay, blue, green or even pink eggs.

I will travel quite a distance with him so he can have a good home. I owe him that. Here he is.

I’d love to take him, but I do have a 9-month old blue laced red Wyandotte cockerel who is turning out to be a great gentleman!
