Alright, so, have brought home lots of chicks lately.

We have 2 silkies, a serama, and as far as the rest, no idea..

Take a look and let me know what you think.

Black/brown chicks- their faces differ slightly, would it be possible to sex them at this age?

vvv ---also, was told this serama was a pullet, how did they tell/what color would she be considered?

Here are the little buff colored babies, but some have the brown shading down their backs, and some have really light wing feathers that almost look white. We have six of these.three were younger and much smaller than the others, and they're the ones that lacked the brown.

Also got two silkies that were supposed to be pullets, one is twice as big as the other and the guy told us he'd only sell them together, so wondering if that was red flag one of the 'ladies' is a cockerel.. they're also not totally white, so wondering what colore they'd be consider. They've kind of got a bit of a cream color to them in certain areas like along their backs.
This is the larger one:

and this is the smaller one:

They are to young to sex. I would say the black and gold ones were Gold laced wyandottes, the buff ones I would say are Plymouth rocks and maybe a red sex link.

What about the silkie makes it look like a roo? Just curious.

and one of the black/yellows (the one with the less curved beak and more defined yellow) has almost a pinkish tinge to the top of the comb area, makes me wonder as well :/

and the breeder replied back saying they were GLW's but....they've got more barring than anything, so assuming they're low quality...wonder if they got mixed with the morans they have lol

This is the one we're thinking maybe roo?

And this is the one with a really curved hawk-like beak that we're thinking is the pullet. Shes got a lot more feathering than the other one (the one to the right of the silkie lol)
