Is this a male or female? Not trying to crow, doesn't exhibit any dominant behaviors or try to fight with any of the others. I got her from Mypetchicken and shes supposed to be a she but the comb and waddles coming worry me some.

At 11 weeks I would be sure it's a she. Her comb and wattles would be bigger and more red at this age if she was a boy. Hens still get combs and wattles in, just later and not as large.
I would've thought that too. But I have year old black sexlink roo and his comb and waddles came in late and now they're huge! I actually posted a pic of him on here awhile back.

Sometimes that can happen, but she doesn't seem to show any of the other signs. A more direct look at her comb and wattles can help us out for sure, but in general, your rooster was an outlier.

I'll try and get a close up of her tomorrow!

It's a girl. She's certainly got a girl's tail, skinny little legs, and a feminine face even if she has a comb and wattles. She's a pretty little girl! :highfive:
