11 week old Barred Rock Hens or Roos or one of each?

I have a couple 11 week old chicks I bought from our local feed store. Supposed to be girls, but now they look different from each other and I'm wondering if they truly are hens or roos or one of each. Here is the first picture, I'll post more soon.
