11 week old pullet sick??

A week or two ago I had a RIR hen (that is now 12 weeks old) start acting crazy running around and falling over. She eventually came out of it and acted fine. Yesterday, she started it up again and this time ended up on her back breathing very heavy. I though it might be the heat so I misted her down. She snapped out if it about 10-15 minutes later.

Any ideas about what's going on?

It's almost as if she's having a seizure

We misted her down with some water and after about 10 min or so she's up and walking around. Any ideas about what's going on?

Any help would be appreciated. Or if anyone has had a similar experience.
