Hen eye discharge, need diagnosis

I woke up to this hen’s eye looking like this. She has no other symptoms. I posted earlier this week about my 18 week old pullets sneezing, and started everyone on oxytetracyine.

I have contacted authorities again but was told it’s unlikely to be avian influenza so they won’t come out. I do not have a bird vet anywhere nearby.

Hen is over 12 months old and laid an egg yesterday. Other than this eye, she is acting normally, no sneezing or coughing.

I would rinse it out with saline solution, but I’m not sure what it is.
