11 week old Rooster?

I am a first time chicken owner and have 4 11/week old pullets. I’m pretty sure the black and white EE is a rooster but would like confirmation. Any ideas?

I want to agree that I think it is a cockerel, but I don't know EE s very well.

That comb is big and wide. My 22week EE pullet's comb is almost nonexistent compared to the EE cockerel.

It looks like a pullet but it is only 11 weeks. I have a hen a bit similar and she's a hen but maybe it's a slow developing rooster.

Too much comb development and reddening for an 11-week old pullet. That’s why I vote for cockerel

The comb is the only rooster quality on that bird, so I'm on the fence.
Not on an EE, but I have had hens that got giant combs from week 6, they were Black Stars and Cochins though. So I'll hold out hope it's a pullet for you!!
