11 week old silkie - help me figure out the gender I beg you !!

I just realized my one and only silkie is in fact 11 weeks old to the day. Time flies so fast with these guys can anyone give me any tips on figuring out what sex he/she might be? From what I've read/gathered online I think he/she is probably a HE what do you guys think? I have ZERO experience with this breed. Can anyone also tell me what kind of silkie this is? The breeder said it was a white silkie.. He/she has bright blue 'pads'. ? Behind the ears... The suspence is killing me I love this lil he/she

Silkies are so hard to tell until it lays or crows but I'm going to go with pullet for now!

It's a blue silkie, looks like a pullet atm but silkies are really hard to tell.
The pretty blue earlobes are normal on silkies
