115!?!?! are they dead?

I just put my eggs in 4hrs ago and I just looked and the temp was at 115!!! I brought it down fast but a few eggs looked like they were sweating.... this is only my second time trying to do this and the first was an epic fail only 2 eggs hatched out of 29 :/

They will probably be okay. I would just wait a little and candle them and see how they look.

Do you know why so few hatched out of your 29?

Can you better describe how the eggs looked like they were sweating? Were they wet?

They weren't wet they had clear bumps on a few

no I don't I think it was due to my humidity levels because I bought a new gage and its telling me the humidity is going from 27-67.... and I don't know hoe to fix it

Someone told me that if the eggs were only overheated for a few hours they should be ok. But my incubator was only at 104. I sure hope your babies make it. Sylvia
