Give her a few more hours. Incubation problems will show up in the weakest members of the hatch. It will not likely show up in all of the chicks. Sometimes, there is just a chick that is weak, and fails to thrive. Was it one of the last ones to hatch? Even in a well managed hatch, there can be a few chicks with issues. I know my bators have spots that are warmer or cooler, even with a fan, and I have to be sure to rotate all eggs through the warm/cool spots, and limit clutch size to take advantage of the "sweet" temp spot. I also have a better hatch if I run 1/2* warmer than the recommended 99.5/101.5 temp.

that chick was one of the first chicks to hatch, and she has recovered, though another chick has hatched that i am much more worried about, he has very few feathers and was shivering for 4 hours in the incubator, (he was moved to the brooder by the 5th hour). this chick has sparse feathering, and what he does have is matted, his wings have bright red sore spots, and dried membrane and residue took hours and a careful soak to remove.
