12-12-11 First Egg!

I'm a little late for this and will post pics later but finally, after long last, We Have Eggs!!!

We got our girls on July 4th and were not sure of their ages(they had 50/50 down and feathers). We watched as they got their big girl feathers, listened to their first b'goks, laughed when they squatted all over the place, then waited and waited and waited for eggs. The comb and wattles never did get much bigger, but whateveh EGGS!! Wheeee!

Congrats on your first egg!! We got our girls on July 1st, they were 2 days old then--we are still waiting for the arrival of our first egg. I keep telling myself--anyday now.
