No seriously, without going into a HUGE genetics lesson, and the genetic makeup of all my birds, all I can say is its *possible*. It depends on whether the parents are homozygous (carries 2 genes), or heterozygous (carries 1 gene) for the blue and/or brown egg gene. And since Easter Eggers are of mixed heritage, and since I do NOT know the genetic makeup of some of my birds, there is no way to know. Not to mention, I don't know which rooster fathered them, and sometimes I don't even know which hen laid which egg - that, and the fact that I don't know what genes are involved with pinkish and peach-ish colored eggs.
All I CAN tell you for sure is that I personally hatched ALL of my bantam EE's from blue eggs - yet some of them lay blue, some lay green, some lay pink and some lay peach colored eggs.
Clear as mud, right? Sorry, wish I could give you a more definitive answer!
