Hi Livinzoo,
We have eight of the sweetest babies I have ever seen!!!
big_smile.png

They came last week on the 16th which makes them 1 week and 1 day old as I write.
Been wanting to let you know but was wanting to get pics up and we're having trouble with our card reader.

These really are the sweetest chicks ever! We have a problem chick from a later hatch that is almost a week younger that we put with them and I declare they treat her as though they had hatched her. I've never seen anything like these chicks! They are the friendliest ever. And they are so beautiful you can't pass them without stopping to look at them for a while.
We are so proud of them and they are doing very well!
Not sure how to sex them but they ALL look almost identical except one who is just a tad bit shorter in the wing feathers but it's also the smallest chick. They none have a "rooster look" to them but it could be the other way around. With the slight exception of one they all appear to be either roos or hens.
There are 3 dark ones and 5 lighter ones. Possibly 2 of the lighter ones are a little bit lighter than the others.
Wish we could get pics up!
We are SO HAPPY with our purchase of these eggs from you!!!
Just wanted to let you know how things turned out.
Have a great summer!

Hey Morris and Pam,
I'm so glad to hear that. I love the BLRW chicks. They are so sweet and friendlily. I have hatched several other chicks that are skittish. But for some reason these guys are always sweet. Some of my hens jump into my arms to be held. Lol the first time I wasn't paying attention it scared me and the poor hen fell to the ground. I learned to be on watch for them.

If you give them a few weeks, once their feathers on their back come in if you get some pics of them I can help you sex them. Your 2 lightest are probably splash and the other light ones will be a lighter blue and the dark ones will be a dark blue.

These eggs are still up for grabs.

Still up for grabs.

This will be 15 eggs plus whatever is laid tomarrow.

Why do the best things become available when I have no money???? If you suddenly feel overcome with the desire to gift some...I'M HERE!!!
