I'm sorry yours went on strike!
Yes I'll have eggs avalible all year long inbetween filling my bators... as long as they don't go on strike on me to! So far all is good, they went down to like 2 eggs aday about 2 months ago about the time when we picked up the marans roos from you. But now all is good! I put them on a locally grown/made fresh food and its been great ever since! No broodies yet but if I get some I'll put some blrw eggs under her! I have 3 broodies in my other coop now though.

Your auction is going great! Who ever wins this is going to be one happy camper

I set mine up for the strike by keeping them under lights all winter long, they had to stop at some point, I just didn't figure it would be all at once.

Am having some fun though waiting for some d'uccle eggs I bought a few weeks back from wwmicasa1. Lynne has some eggs up for auction right now and you can see the birds my eggs came from.
Also, I traded silkie chicks for 10 Buff Sussex chicks that were from Greenfire stock. If you are ever in the neighborhood I'd love to show them to you. They are very pretty little cream-puffs

Just marking my spot! I'd love to get some eggs from you in the future, but my incubator is full for another two weeks! Are you hatching a good amount of blue chicks with these? All my hens are splash so I'm looking to diversify the colors a bit and get eggs from someone who has a good mix in their flock which it seems that you do. Plus you aren't too far from me for shipping eggs. Seems like most breeders are on the east coast, mid west or down south somewhere! Good luck with this auction! Your birds are beautiful!

I am getting about 60% blue 30% splash and 10% or less blacks Also here is my hatch rate. I feel I'm getting good hatches, because I only have 2 LG bators... but my customers with sportsmans are getting almost 100% hatches. I shipped some to Louisiana and he had 17 out of 18 hatch. I sold some to a gal who had 8 of 8 hatch she had a sportsman also. My customers with LGs or hovabators have had between 80 & 90%. My hatches have been around this as well. My sister is getting 95%-100% with her hovabator with my eggs, I wish I was as good as her with my LGs!
Thanks for your interest.

My eggs started to hatch a day early and by the time I got home on Friday there were 16 peeps in the incubator... Thank you. Two were surprise chicks but those were part of the extras
