12 day old chick with what seems to be a prolapsed cloaca...help!

I have a 12 day old chicks and on of them seems to be prolapsed from the upper part of the cloaca.
What could have caused this and what can I do to help it?

LibertyRoo - I see you have gotten no responses. How is your chick today? If you search on this site you will find information on how to treat prolapse, although from reading to answer your question it doesn't seem common in young chicks. Most often prolapse occurs in pullets or hens during egg-laying. Here is a link to some information about prolapse in chicks, hopefully you can find more information by searching further.
