12 days in the incubator with ZERO progress

...I broke them open, they were all fertile.
Should I have waited even longer to see if they would have started to grow??

50-60% humidity @ 100 degrees.

Nope, they would have developed by now if everything was right. I suggest you calibrate your thermometer because it sounds like it must be off.
