12 days passed and embryos inside eggs are not moving

I have 7 eggs in incubator and I am doing my best efforts to maintain temperature and humidity as required. None of the embryos inside eggs are moving till today when I candle them. What can I conclude from this observation. Any tips please.

I haven't felt chicks moving around in the shell until hatch day. Movement is not as important as development. If they have blood vessels and such, they should be good.
