This auction is for 12 Black Mottled d'Uccle eggs. These little guys are more fun than any chickens I have ever owned. The do fly fairly well and they need a covered pen or high fence. Even if they get out they usually just come looking for me and are not prone to wandering off.
These are the perfect chicken for young children. They are fearless and easily handled and spoiled.
Fertility is good here though the girls hate the process and manage to avoid the rooster often. Still I have been getting good reports on hatch rate. I package very carefully and have had very few reports of broken eggs.
