Really? I have never accomplished 3 (count 'em THREE) layers of buttercream. You gotta remember I'm a bit older than you and can't just stand around frosting cake all day. Don't have the stamina anymore.

Brin its easy..it just gets squirted on the layers..no need to spread it out...its the outside of cake that gets spread..takes forever...Im a perfectionist so if its not done right I'll take forever to fix it

almost to a T..I only make things like this once a year...I dont have all day to layer and frost layer anf frost--I freeze my cakes ahead to make the frosting go on smoother too...
