Just picked up a dozen fertile runner eggs! please post advice.

Do you have an incubator set up for them? Are you asking advice on how to hatch them? I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking, but this article Hatching Eggs 101 is a great introduction to the incubation process.

I have them in a incubator that Is at 99-100 degrees. I hope it stays that way though! I'm having trouble keeping my humidity constant though since my humidity reader broke recently, i have ordered a new one. that should come soon!

Yes I believe you can do that. I did last year. I don't remember my success rate off the top of my head. Good luck!
