12 week barnyard mix has me stumped

I am thinking rooster because of the red in the wing. Is that a dead giveaway? Or could it possibly still be a pullet?

Pointed hackles, really red comb and longer tail feathers looks cockerel to me at 12 weeks.

The darker red splashes of color on the wing indicate cockerel from my understanding. Correct me if I'm wrong??

Cockerel. Yes the dark red wing bars is a male specific trait.

Most of the time, yes, but there are pullets that have them sometimes.
