12 week old barred Plymouth Rock- Cockerels?

I'm guessing these little chickens are Cockerels? First time chicken owner so looking for some advice, thanks in advance!

So far correct. Barred Plymouth Rocks are usually easily sexable by their plumage. Males having a lighter appearance and females will have a thicker dark barred. Other key aspects to note are males will develop a red comb and wattles faster, they will have thicker and longer legs, a more upright stance and after a certain amount of time develop sharper looking saddle, hackle and tail feathers.

No problem. I would still wait, let their feathers come in and she grew up and now lays big brown eggs everyday.

Those are both cockerels in the OP's pic. No doubt about it.

Pullets

Most people will automatically say cockerel, because the barring looks to be male specific, but with hatchery birds, you can't really go off this. These birds has small, pale comb and wattles, and zero male feathering.
