12 week old Blue Andalusian

Bought as a 2 day old Blue Andalusian pullet, I've been suspecting that April may actually be Andy. He hasn't crowed or been aggressive, but we're not supposed to have roosters in Anaheim, so I'm hoping for confirmation before I attempt to rehome him. His adoptive mum still babies her 12 week old chicks, but I think he'll be ok in a new home if someone will have him.
