Of the six, sexed babies I got a few weeks ago, this is the only one that gave me pause, but I am pretty sure it is a girl.
Wattles/comb are pink/fleshy in color
Legs are not noticeably bigger than the others I got at the same time.
So I got so pictures out of my little babyroo who is now 10 weeks old and crowing up a storm.
The picture of the Blue Australorp is 4.5 weeks old.
The picture of the Black Australorp, Babyroo, are at 2.5 and 6.5 weeks.
I knew at 3 weeks Babyroo was a cockerel (although it took a couple more weeks to allow the knowledge to take root - hahaha).
I think if this was a cockerel it would have a lot more comb and wattle and a lot more red, so I think this little one is a pullet. Thoughts?
