12 week old chick having trouble standing

I have a 12 week old pullet that 5 days ago started laying down after standing for a few seconds. She is eating and drinking fine and her poop is normal and she is very alert. She will stand up and walk, but only for a few seconds then lays down. She will walk up to her food and water and will be standing up, then she will lay down and continue to eat and drink. Could it be possible to be some kind of injury?

I think you just watch her closely and take outside and see if she runs around. Take the others out with her. When the others run around see what she does.

She is out with them all the time, and goes where they go. She did get up and moved quickly when something scared them.
