12 Week Old Chick Still No Tail Feathers

Hi everyone, I'm a first time chick mom and I have a Speckled Sussex who feathered extremely slowly, and is just starting to get tail feathers at just about 12 weeks old. She's very feisty, but her comb doesn't seem large compared to her flock mates. I was a little worried she wasn't a she a few weeks back, but am really wondering about the incredibly slow feathering. She just got feathers on her back around two weeks ago. Is this slow feathering normal? The other Speckled Sussex I have feathered at the same rate as my Welsummers. Any ideas?? Thanks!

I've had chicks that are slower than others.

Is she eating and drinking fine? Is she acting normal? If yes to both of these then I wouldn't worry.

Usually my slow growers become the biggest in my flock.
