Based on the first pic where you can see this birds whole body I thought I was seeing saddle feathers. Thus an indication of a male. Can you get a better closer body shot especially of the tail area?

Pullet. No saddle feathers, which is key. Saddle feathers are, long, narrow feathers that drape across the base of the tail. Only roo's get them.

Definately a pullet. That first pic you posted the way she was standing and kind of slouched looked like there were saddle feathers and was hard to tell.
