Your welcome. Are they the only chickens you have? If so, you'll need a few more because the rooster is leaving. Chickens can't live alone....they won't be happy. Also, if you are getting more to be with her, make sure they are about the same age and the same size. Thats the most important thing....size!

Thanks for the advice. I have three other hens who are older then her, but their runs have been next to each other for a couple of weeks. So I am going to have her join my existing flock once I rehome the roo.
