12 week old Muscovy

I have 2 Muscovy ducks that are 12 weeks old. The mom and the drake are still around. Will the drake try and mate with his daughter at this age? Should I separate him from the rest?

My Muscovy drake has never tried to mate a young female Muscovy or any of my other females that aren't Muscovy when still to young to be mated . Best thing to do is to keep a close eye on him because not every drake is the same as another.
