12 week old pheasants loosing tails

Hi all, my 12 week old pheasants which I incubated and hatched are now feathered well but I have noticed that some of them have exposed quills on their tail feathers as though they were about to fall out. There's no blood and no signs of vent picking. This is my first attempt at keeping pheasants so any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance!

Those feathers are just 'coming in'! Nothing to worry about.

Thanks Sean, that's a great relief, I thought that they were lacking in their diet or damaging themselves somehow in the pen.
