I wasn't sure what is wrong or what I should do.

Does she have any other symptoms like bubbles in her eye, losing weight, drinking less? Anything you can think of to possibly help identify this easier?

she acts normal, I almost thought it looked like another chicken pecked her eye out, but it's in there. It's a little watery, but not oozy. I did notice she is the first to get up on the roost at night, kindof like she's a loner and doesn't want to be bothered. But I did see her eating when the others ate.

she may have just been pecked in the eye. eyes are shiny and sometimes one chicken will peck another's, but usually not hard enough to cause injury.

I don't know what it is. I have a chicken that has what appears to be EXACTLY the same thing. I have treated her with Tylan 50 and also Corrid, along with antibiotics in her water. Nothing has worked to make it get better and I thought for sure the Tylan would. So I am of no help at all other than saying that I understand the frustration. I have given her the main strongest medications and nothing is working for me. Maybe you could try the Tylan 50 and hopefully it would work for you. It's dosage is .27cc per #1 of bird.
