12 week old silkies- pullet or cockerels?

Its looking like to me these may both pullets? They have nice round fluffy head poofs and bums, no obvious comb, and only one has slight wattle development. Is this too early to tell?

I say it’s too early, post again in a few weeks. Do look like pullets, but not sure

Close up of combs with crest pulled/pushed back would help. One of them looks bearded, hard to tell at the photo angle. You will not see much wattle in a bearded silkie of either gender. They are looking girly so far, but it is still a bit early. Streamers do not really start until about 4 months of age.
