Chick 1 is smaller/lighter but stands taller than chick 2. Chick 1 comb is flat to its beak and black. It also stands a little taller than chick 2. Chick 2 has a slightly raised comb that looks like it may be turning a pink-ish color. Is it too soon to tell for these Silkies? The waddles on both are very small. Chick 2 has slightly bigger waddles.

They are beautiful!

While your guesses are perhaps correct, silkies can't be sexed until they are at least around 3 months old. Sometimes, 4-5-month-old ones still have problems with sex. I had one take 8 months. I went back and forth on what sex it was about five times.

Wattle growth is inhibited in bearded chickens, so it is not a good thing to judge by in bearded Silkies. You have to go by combs at this age, and even then it is guess work unless you have a really obvious boy.

My guess is 1 is female and 2 is male, but that is only a guess. If you really need to know soon, you may want to send feather samples in to a lab to get the gender tested genetically. It costs money but it is a sure bet.

Still too little I think. With my silkies, I find posture is a good indicator, does one stand low versus observe high up with a straight neck? The taller behavior is usually a rooster.
