But I have another problem.
I had a broody hen hatch out some chicks. On Thursday, some Silkies hatched. Yesterday, I noticed the yellow Silkie was not quite as active as the others, but didn't really think much of it, as she was just barely a day old. This morning she was much weaker and hardly walking. Her momma kept stepping on her and just ignoring her, and the other chicks were picking on her. I separated her and kept her warm. She wouldn't eat, but she drank some water out of an eye dropper. She does not have pasty butt. Now she is much weaker, and we gave her some electrolyte water. Food is on the ground right in front of her if she wants it.
The strangest thing is, she will not open her eyes. She can, they are not crusted or anything and look perfectly fine, but she just will not open them.
I've done everything I can think of to help her, after doing a ton of reading.
Right now she is sleeping and every once in awhile she lets out soft chirp.
 
You can try and get poly vi sol, without iron, and give her a drop. Sometimes, the babies need a little extra help and sometimes they are just too weak to make it. I hope she makes it but, if not, you have done everything that you in can to help her out.
 
What is that? Where can I get it?
Just after I posted that she started cheeping like crazy but she's sleeping again now.

ETA: When I picked her up just now, she chirped and wiggled her little feet! When I picked her up before, she was just very limp.

Poly vi sol, without iron, is a baby vitamin. You can find it at Walmart and a lot of other stores that have pharmacies. Good luck! Keep giving her little bits of the electrolyte solution and maybe a small stuffed animal for her to cuddle with.
 
She's a lot stronger now, cheeping and moving around as much as she can, but there is something wrong with her legs! When she tries to move forward, her legs go straight out her. When she tries to stand up, she either topples all the way over or lands on her fuzzy little behind. I took a video but my computer won't read the SD card so I'll try again later.
 
I had a very similar thing happen to a cockerel of mine when he got caught in a chain link fence and hung upside down all day. I thought he had dislocated his hips, but I put him in a small cage for a couple of weeks and now I can't tell it happened. I also have a pullet that broke her foot completely at the ankle and it healed too with some simple splinting. It is thick and not quite as flexible but she's back with the flock and gets along just fine. In both cases I thought I should put them down, but I'm glad I didn't. They heal amazingly well.

Your chick, though, might be in trouble. You could try setting her in a small cup so she can get her feet underneath her. I know some people have good luck with that, but sadly I never have. They usually fade away.

What about wrapping her legs with First Aid tape to give them some extra support?
