12 WEEK RIR ROO OR HEN????

This is my 12 week old RIR. Im worried that he may be a rooster. His comb and wattle are bright red and seem to have developed over night. In a flock of three, he was always the second biggest but now hes almost twice the size of the other two. The feathers on the back of his neck look almost greasy and he has some greenish feathers coming in near his tail.

Local pet shop. Cant keep a rooster in my community. Bummer.
