Chocolate Orpington 10week old Roo?

This one has had me confused for weeks and it may still be too early to tell. The tail feathers have always been short and almost seemed like they would curl down like a rooster but it hasn’t changed. I’ve got a lot of weird tail feathers in my 10-11week olds but this has been consistent. My other chocolate Orp had pretty obvious female tail feathers and had had them for weeks. However the comb and wattles don’t seem very developed on this one.

At 8 weeks, it's too early for male specific feathering in the tail or anywhere else. So far this one looks to be a pullet, but I would give it more time to be sure.
