12 weeks old and still no eggs

Mine do that all the time, more so when I feed them meal worms. Mainly the male does it when he has one in his mouth and then gives it to the females, rather strange but guess he knows that he doesn't need the protein as much as the girls need it.

Update: Got our first egg today and feels like more on the way very soon. I can feel the eggs forming in their bellies!

You're squeezing their bellies?!! I can't imagine that to be a good thing to do.

ive been giving them belly massages for the past few days just in case, and got the first egg today heh

As long as you don't put pressure enough to crack it you can feel for an egg in process just in front of the vent. There are times if/when you have a sick bird that you will need to be able to check for an egg in process.
