12 weeks old white Chantecler - pullet?

Those other two both look like pullets. Zooming in I did not see any saddle feathers and at 12 weeks combs saddle feathers should be visible enough along with combs and wattles should be showing some color for a cockerel.
The 2 pictures with the white Chanteclerc above are from the same bird :) Still acting like a badass little roo with all the other male Plymouth haha. I'll look into it tomorrow :)

This one, however, I think it's a pullet :

All of the birds in all of the pictures you’ve posted look like pullets. At this age, my pullets where doing chest bumping “play fights” too, just not the super timid ones. It’s either establishing the pecking order, or just playing.

Pictures from today for the second Chantecler, plus the Wyandotte

I'm leaning pullet, but with Chanteclers you don't really know 100% until they mature. It may be a cockerel. Chanteclers mature slow and are bred for cushion combs and very small wattles. Whites are better bred than the partridge and are more consistent making it even harder. The photo below is 3 eleven week old partridge chanteclers, 2 roos and a hen. If it wasn't for the coloring, you wouldn't know which are pullets or cockerels. IMG_20241117_141822519_HDR.jpg
