That's what I was hoping!!
Just has awfully curly tail feathers!

In my opinion, it's a cockerel. Due to the development of hackle feathers and it's tail is very curly.

I'm voting pullet. Here's my 20 week old EE pullet for comparison:

I have one very similar to yours, only her feathers are more grey then black & she has more salmon on her breast. All my previous EEs were the typical gold with blue/grey/black feathers. Mine is 12 weeks & I still think she is a pullet. She has the biggest white head & muff! Mine came from Meyer Hatchery. I'd also say pullet, but who knows.
