13 day old chicks? info please

The guy I got my older hens from is giving me another coop. He said that he also has two orphan chicks that are 13 days old and asked if I wanted them. It has been awhile since I have had chicks, how long do they need heat for? How long till i can put them outside?

They should be fully feathered to go outside at night. I think that is around 6-8 weeks. If it is cold in your area, supplimental heat lamp in the coop should be fine.
