13 week old chicks

Hi my chicks were fine last night and this morning I went down and they look like this, 3 of them have swollen faces and knees. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hope the ER folks can help you. If not please take them to a vet. I have never seen or read of anything like that. Could they have been bitten by spiders, fire ants, snakes???
