13 week old Easter Eggers....Roosters or Hens?

The comb on the brown one should be more red and bigger by now to be a rooster.

They are both typical patterns of female duckwing, in different colors. Even if the comb was larger and red, that would indicate point of lay, not gender. Males can be tricky but by that age would have some red leakage and saddle/hackle feathers.

The bird you are holding is a Columbian Wyandotte if it has a rose comb and Columbian Rock if it has a single comb. If you look at the hackle and saddle feathers you will be able to tell if it is a male or female. Males usually have longer and narrower hackle and saddle feathers.

Here are pictures of my two easter eggers. I'm pretty sure the brown one is a roo, but not sure about the black and white one. What do you think?
