Here is a comparison with some birds similar in colors! Roos will have these dense, shiny feathers on their hackles/neck and saddles/back, plus the pretty long tail feathers/sickles, but as a cockerel some of these should be coming in now/soon so you can look! Sometimes it's the pattern that looks pointed (see the hen?) and sometimes the feathers ARE pointed (like the roo)
