13 week old marans boy or girl?

Friend thought this was a rooster for some time, but can't see any thing screaming boy to me, but I am pretty new at this. Any thoughts?

I think hen because I have a hen with the LARGEST comb I have ever seen, but that is my experience. I would also say hen because it looks like one.

Here are some new pictures. Looks like sickle feathers coming in. His comb and wattles are not as red as they use to be. This little chicken is recovering from crop surgery (May 3). He is actually putting on weight again, so that is exciting. He is also getting picked on by the flock b/c of his absence and reintroduction.

Actually does look like a pullet to me now.
