13 week update we still saying all pullets?

Hey my silkie mixes are 13 weeks now no crowing no obv spurs yet but know they late developers been said recently think all pullets we still thinking that?

I still say all pullets-the two brown ones have female seeming coloring, so I'm more confident for them than I am for the white ones, but still all pullets.
