13 weeks... pullet or cockerel?

Wanting an opinion on Sam’s gender.

I’ve been going back and forth a lot. “She” is now 13 weeks old.

Most of the votes were for pullet last time I posted at 11 weeks, but I’m still not quite sure.

“She” is a Starlight Green Egger.

I have not heard any crowing, and do not see any hackles or saddles, (to my eye) but I may be missing them. Your opinion is greatly appreciated! (It was very warm today!)
