About 4 days ago I found 2 duck eggs in a pond, close to shore. There were no ducks around but I decided to wait a day before taking action. There was 1 duck egg that was on shore, that I feel must have gotten eaten. I have hatched duck eggs before so I knew that this egg was near to hatching but no close enough. Anyways I took the 2 eggs home and candled but I saw no veins nor movement. When I candled it looked like this. I’ve kept them in a homade incubator but everything is the same. Keep in mind the past few days have been 50-60 degree weather and who knows how to cold the pond water was😬. The eggs have a slight smell but I can’t really tell right now. But today I noticed 1 of the eggs has these weird dots that are dark(I’ve inserted pictures). Can someone please tell me if the eggs are viable or dead!? I would also like to know what the weird dots are. Thank you!!

UPDATE: I went outside by the pond again and saw another egg that looked kind of open and just the wing was sticking out. The duck wasn’t moving, but I assumed it was dead and something may have preyed upon it. I’m thinking my eggs could be dead now.

This is the egg without the dark dots but I’ve noticed that some white circles have appeared on the egg. I do not know what to do at this point. I also have took a picture of the egg with the dark dots.
