One week old chick: injured leg!!! Please help!!! Emergency!!!!

Hi! I’ve been around chickens for several years, yet I have never delt with problem like this. My one week old speckled Sussex chick is now having trouble walking. She can hobble around somewhat and she is alert, she is able to eat and drink. She rests a lot, but really didn’t seem to understand why she can’t walk. I have quarantined her to a portion of the chick crate so that the others don’t trample her. Please help, this chick is very important, and has already become a fixed part of our family after just a week.
