chick with tiny wings

i’ve posted about Cricket before, but she’s still worrying me. we got 2 midnight majesty marans, and Lillie is doing well, eating, drinking, growing. I’ve never seen Cricket eat, though she drinks water on her own. I’ve been taking her out and feeding her myself, though she doesn’t eat much. why doesn’t she eat/only drinks, and why are her wings so tiny? she’s a female because the breed is sex linked. so why are her feathers so short, why isn’t she eating, how can i get her to eat on her own, and is it connected?
she just now was making a very loud noise while preening her wings. it worries me a lot.
in the pictures, she’s the one with the white around her eyes vs her sister who is is growing normally.

she also hangs out under the heat lamp a lot more than the others, sleeps a lot more and alone, and is weaker when i pick her up. the other chicks protest and move their feet and she just feels so light and weak when i pick her up and she doesn’t protest or anything.

her poop is tiny and there’s no brown, only liquid and bubbles.

yes she did! she and her sister look very similar now but she’s still smaller, and i think that’s just what i was seeing. she’s the one looking up, at a lil over 8 weeks now
