Our chick is 4 weeks old , at two weeks a small growth just below her eye developed it was yellow/ orange - a wort like growth - at first it didn’t seem a problem, but it started to look infected - we think se might have scratched it but we treated it with colloidal silver and it seemed like the infection was getting better. It did not change after that , the growth started getting much bigger we kept on treating it with colloidal silver but it has now swollen so big that she cannot see , we are still treating it. It is not her eye but the skin around it that is the problem - PICTURE 1, 3,4 and this morning there was white thin bubbly water coming from her eye - we cleaned it again with warm water cloth , the growth around her eye is hard - after cleaning it her eye opened again.
PICTURE 2 - she has developed this same bump on her wing as how her eye looked in the beginning. She is our only chick and therefore she is isolated and was not pecked.PLEASE HELP AS WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO ! She has a normal appetite and is drinking water - no smelly odour.
